Gym gloves
Protect your palms from calluses and help you grip knurled bars and dumbbells. To size them, measure around your palm at the knuckles, without the thumb, and compare with the brand's size chart.
Wrist wraps
Support your wrists in pressing movements like bench press and overhead press. Wrap snugly, not so tight that your hand tingles, and loosen them between sets.
